DO NOT BUY OR FIX YOUR CAR HERE ! ABSOLUTELY THE WORST SERVICE I’VE EVER EXPERIENCED. It took them 26 hours to even look at my car. 26 HOURS !!! Service guys are extremely unprofessional. I made an appointment for 2PM, checked in with Vinny who was just unpleasant and looked high and out of it. When I asked questions he was very dismissive. I had a nail in the sidewall so I needed a new tire. I have a 2017 so I was told it was too new and they did not have a tire in stock. I was told it would be about two hours. After 3 hours I asked for an update. I was told they would check on it. After another 30 minutes I went to are again. It was 4 hours before I finally got out of there.
I've been bringing my '09 Jeep Patriot to Jack Phelan Dodge for the last few years for service. The service team has always taken really good care of me and I trusted them. When the time came for a new car I wanted to give them my business. I must say they did not disappoint! David Mohler went above and beyond to meet our needs. He didn't try and keep us around and respected our limits. He worked hard to get us in to a new car and we are very happy with our experience.
