This place is one of those, buyer beware with no customer service. Bought a certified used truck, got called back a few days later to be told it wasn't certified. I had to work directly with Gordon and Tom Phelan because no one else would give me info on the reason why it was no longer certified - I actually got the information from Jeep directly (it was the occupant restraint controller) and didn't compromise the vehicle. Bought my van at this dealership since it is so close to my home. Dropped it off to have the sliding door looked at a few months after purchasing it. When I picked it up, there was a huge crack in my windshield. Dealership took no responsibility for it and said there was nothing they could do. The service center and Jack's is one of the top notch ones and Countryside they're always prettiest kind and get the job done. Stat my salesman has always been good to me and he's there just a bunch of great guys polite and courteous.
Took my two kids here today for a routine oil change. I usually go to the Mancari's on 95th off Cicero. I always left there feeling disappointed and a little aggravated. What a world of difference it was. We were pleasantly greeted and very well taken care of. I honestly don't know why it took me so long to change locations. They have a new customer now and for the future.
I had taken my car 4 times to a dealer closer to home to never have the Problems resolved. So I decided to visit Jack Phelan and in 1 visit they found all the things I've be complaining about! Scott was very welcoming to me being my 1st visit. I will be back for any service from now on.
After Hawk was unable to diagnose and fix a headlight problem we brought our Rubicon here and they immediately found and fixed our faulty headlight! Will be using this dealer in the future!
