I visited this location to have a couple of recalls taken care of. Excellent service! Mike Siddiquo, Scott Sopko and Jasmine took great care of me. I will definitely return to this location when it's time to purchase a new car. Or just to get an oil change.

I bought a Chrysler Town and Country over the weekend. I went to another dealership 1st to see what they had to offer. When we walked in the door we met Andy Babb are salesmen. We told him what we were looking for so he took us into his office and gave us a brochure on the Town and Country while he checked their inventory and tried to meet are needs. I have a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee that I purchased at Crystal Lake Dodge Jeep Ram. At 8k miles I was unable to shift my car out of park and the service department (Crystal Lake) sent me away assuring me the issue had been fixed. 24 hours later my car was having the same issue.
