I was just told the advertised price was price was NOT 60,800 but 10k more because their price listed was for a lease only. I looked at incentive page on their website and expected to have a few pulled back but not ALL. Their only come back was 1k off. What a waste of time!!! I had the cash wired into my account and ready to purchase but being treated so poorly on a bait and switch is unethical as can be. I’ve purchased many cars and am aware with the overall requirements and process. I’m beyond upset.
Staff at the service center was great but the cashier (blonde girl with heavy mascara) needs to learn some good customer service. The whole time I was at the window to pay my bill she didn't even smile, look or talk to me. She just push the papers and pen in front of me and assumed I know where to sign. She didn't even say thank you to appreciate my business.

The Countryside location was great. No feeling pressured treated lick a person not dollar signs. I would say Johnny did great job.
