Worst dealership ever! No kidding, I have sold my Jeep and I will now be selling my Grand Caravan. I will never buy another Chrysler, Dodge or Jeep product again due specifically to this dealership! Their service department is a huge ripoff! They bait and switch their service pricing and they refuse to fix vehicles under warranty! RecommendedMy sales associate was John Duncan. He was patient, kind and worked hard to satisfy my needs. He even returned my phone call on his day off. I purchased the Jeep Compass about a week ago and I love it so far with the exception of the start/stop feature (but I've gotten used to it and from what I've learned, this is a common feature in newer cars) and there's less storage space than my previous suv (storage for loose change, parking garage key, work id, etc.). I will definitely recommend Jack Phelan to family and friends.
Called 708-579-5399. Not sure of the gentleman’s name if he could be called that. Explained I needed service and was told next time to listen to the options and choose the correct number. Only this number is not automated. Customer service goes a long way, none displayed by this person.
