Never go to jack phelan Jeep dealer of Counteyside Jack Phelan Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM. Went there for a recall and they always find a way to screw you. (Especially women). Saying my car was leaking antifreeze when nothing was leaking from my truck before going there. Then on top of that they charged me $6.88 for something miscellaneous. When I asked the service guy what that was for he stated for them using their towels. Really I paid $124 for parts and labor but you’re charging me for using your towels for service. We went in today to buy a Pacifica or grand caravan. I like them both. But they wanted to charge me full price when there was 10k in discount and rebates. Why bc my credit was to good. How is that right! So bc I pay my bills and take care of things I get a bad deal! Noted!
