Waited for my Jeep to be repaired. Like most of you will, I payed with credit card. The woman at the check out says , oh you’ll have 4 % added for using a credit card. The f*ck I will! You understand that’s illegal to hit ppl with an up charge after you already serviced them? BBB has already been contacted. What a joke
RecommendedI highly recommend Jack Phelan dealership. They beat every dealer in the south suburbs. My salesmen Alberto Cortes was so knowledgeable about the cars we looked at. I think he learned his lesson on beating against a women on prices of cars tho. He lost $100. I love my new Cherokee and owe a big thanks to Alberto for fighting for me and getting the best deal.

RecommendedWe just bought a new 2019 Jeep Renegade from Jack Phelan. Salesman Alberto was in constant touch with me since I enquired about it online. We also had to trade in two old cars. All these is done well next day when we met Alberto at the dealership. He did a good job for us as everything went well as we came back home with the new car. Just one word of caution though - you gotta be a good bargainer! Thanks to Alberto who came to help me on a Friday that was his weekly off-day - a professional salesman!
