RecommendedMy husband's car was broken into Friday night. They not only had a window in stock but they fitted it on a busy Saturday, too. Customer service at its finest!
My husband has been looking for a Ram Truck for a while now. He saw, what he thought was a great deal on their website and was also assured when he called that he would be able to get the truck for that price or less. We don't live close. Well when he went, the salesman told him that he does not qualify for some of the rebates, one being an over $1,000 rebate for having a bad credit score. So apparently we are being penalized for have good credit. Will never go to this place again.
I HATE leaving bad reviews, but for the third time, I had to call the dealership to see what the status of my car was. Today I had to call to check in on my car for an oil change. I made an appt. on Saturday for today, Tuesday, October 16th. I had to call twice after not hearing from anyone for over an hour and half (service's mailbox was full). RecommendedThey were really great in trying to get us the best deal possible! I feel like we got a steal of a deal on our brand new car!! They were extremely patient with our 2 toddlers and very friendly! They explained everything about my car to me and cleaned it, washed it, and put my floor mats in PLUS filled up the gas tank before we left the lot! Definitely would recommend them!
