I wish I could give them 1/2 star. I was conned from the beginning. I went in for a laptop. I am on Social Security . I was told if I got a more expensive laptop I would get 1 year credit same as cash. I asked if I would be able to pay off the more expensive computer in one year on my budget. The salesman did the math. It worked out. When I got my information a month later I was in a 3 year payment arrangement. If i could give this company 0 stars i would. My advice: Conn's is true to its name they are true con artists, stay away from this so called company. They claim to have 130 years of satisfactory service which is probably a lie as well. We have purchased a washer and dryer with 2 pedestals worth 2300,-. Sales person did not tell me it would cost more then 4000,- after all payments where done. Sales person also did not inform us about the interest deferment for the first 12 months. My wife and I wanted a certain LG washer and dryer set. Since I previous washer failed, we were in a rush to get a replacement. Conn's is a good name for this store because it is a con from the moment you walk in the door until you leave. We were purchasing a washer and dryer. My husband had not used his Conn's credit card for several years so we were told we needed to update it. We made it very clear to the salesman that we would be paying off the whole purchase once we received our 1st bill from Conn's. Conn’s is very good at selling products, however, provides NO customer service. I recently spent almost $2,000 on a washer and dryer. The delivery men stated that it was not their job to reverse the door direction so that I can access the interior of the dryer. I called customer service SIX times and was given a service date and told I would be contacted the evening before with a time frame.
