They are very messy overcharged for items charge higher interest percent that state regulates in va. Did early ay b4 1st payment due and was then charged interest amt having hard to get refund for cancellation of warranty program. Will never recommend anyone there

I purchased a refrigerator a little over two years ago and at the time of purchase bought an extended warranty. The refrigerator stopped cooling a week ago, and a Conns HomePlus technician came out to evaluate the issue. Worse company I have ever dealt with. Placed order and can’t get a response on when it will be delivered. Have spent 6 hours total on hold since last Wednesday and twice they hung up on me after I held over a hour. They even told me when I called the main customer service number that ecommerce who handles their online orders is “crap” and that I need to go to the store to purchase merchandise. Ok I placed an online application and was approved. I paid my down payment and signed all documents as requested. Haven't gotten a confirmation for anything about shipment and delivery nothing even after a week time. I've called these people so many times,emailed them and chat. On August 17, 2020 my wife and I went to Conn’s and purchased 2 complete bedroom sets and a washing machine and dryer set. The sales person told us the dryer would not be available until Sept. 11, 2020. We really wanted the set and agreed to the delay. On Sept. 9, 2020 I received an email that the washing machine and dryer would not be delivered as promised on Sept. 11, 2020 due to COVID 19. I bought a range there Told them consistency I had propane At first I was going to pick it up but since they said they installed and could hook it up to my propane I went back and ask them to deliver Well they lied. After bringing the range out and hooking it up. Flames from the range were going higher and higher. When I called to ask. 20 days ago I can say this review would have been different. I now know better. I'd wished i'd have known to visit this site before entering into any agreement with this company. 20 days ago our fridge, which we are still making payments on broke down. when i called to close out an account i was told i only needed to pay 40. everytime after they called they would verify the account should have been closed back in april. months passed then the story changed that i needed to pay 600. it went on for months as they looked into it and allow late fee to build up and my credit to go down on a mistake by them but i was the one effect the most. now because of their error i need to pay late fees and my credit has dropped by alot. thanks conns for that.
