I purchased a leather couch and loveseat two years ago. They are still under warranty until August 2021. I was told by the salesman in the store that accidents, fading, dog paws tears, that everything was covered on the extended warranty I purchased that was not cheap. The loveseat and the couch cost over $4000.00. I now have a loveseat that is discolored, the back tore where the wood on the frame touches the leather. The leather is totally faded out. This place lies & deceives you...rejects monthly payment without notification in order to collect late fees...sorry place of business...does not honor warranty

I went to conns to lease a computer for school (HP), which I absolutely love by the way. Fast forward to 2019 when I was in transition to another job and could not make the onetime payment for the two months I was pending my job offer when CONNS continued to call me and harass me when I already advised them of the situation. Somehow, they contacted my grandma and provided her with information (false by the way) saying I did not pay the television off that I bought from them and I am extremely behind. I rarely leave reviews but I am disgusted with the dishonest practices of Conn’s. I have requested a due date change since July and I have been told on 3 occasions that it would be granted. Each month, I receive the same collection calls, 1 day after my original due date. I have asked several times, when this change go into effect so that I no longer accrue late fees. I have been told 3 different lies! All of which I have documented. I feel this is a scheme to collect more in fees and to continue harassment. It is now approa... read more

I over paid on a bedroom set 1201.34 have called several times was told it was being investigated finally after 6 months I received a check for 845.00 dollars they still owe me 400.00 dollars I am currently trying to get that I will never use them and also tell as many people as possible not to use them.

Using this company was the worst mistake in my life. I had opened an account when I was younger to start building my credit, which I paid off. Then I had opened another to purchase two gifts and I had no idea what I was getting myself into. I have a 100% payment record with every account I have ever opened except for conns, suspicious right? So conns told me that I was going to have to pay my account in full due to missing a payment. I attempted to purchase a bedroom set online July 19th which was cheaper than going into the store but I was having difficulties online so I went into the store July 20th, the sales person cancelled the online order and redid the order which was much more than the purchase priced online. During the process this "furniture protection plan" was added which I did not want at all value of $709 and the sales rep said that if I called within 30 days it would be cancelled.. These people are scammers! Do not purchase anything from them. I was sold a defective mattress then charged double of what is was worth. They then turn around and sue me for almost $2,000 for a $500 dollar worthless mattress. I will never purchase anything again from these crooks. I'd rather sleep on the floor than deal with these people. Buyers please beware!!!!

I would rate 0 if I could. I bought a brand new table and chairs July 2020 and had it delivered to my house. The people they contract delivered the merchandise and put it together. Right after they finished i noticed the table top had several deep scratches and the chairs were missing several screws. I contacted Conns and their corporate office several times to no avail. I took several pictures of the damage and sent it to them and they even sent someone to my home to look at the damage. I had to end up taking the chairs bac... read more
