I change my review from one star to five star because the technician ( Denam) that came to my home and fixed my tv he was so professional and know what he is doing, he fixed all the problems for us while he was at my home because the issue was that thanks to the receptionist that have no clue of what they are doing made a small problem into a huge deal, making me loose time of work seeing in the situation we are in. This company need to pay more attention to the people they hire in the claims department and make sure they kn... read more

The representative Nakeotha ******* was very helpful and she is the only representative that has helped me with the situation that I had with your company Conns in a year of dealing with the disaster that was made of the purchase I made with the company. Not even your store managers could or did anything to help fix the situation but she finally did. She was very polite, very thorough, and very good with helping me and I truly appreciate her

Conn's seem like a group of con artist to me at this point. I was charged four separate times for two TV'S that I still haven't received.
