I financed a tv a wall mount and a hp pavilion all in one touch screen desktop thru conns I paid an additional 600 to 700 dollars for property insurance 4 days after the initial 1 year warranty the desktop began to malfunction I disputed with conns for more than I should have had to get issues resolved but gained no resolution then I had to go out of state for work when I got back on oct 18th I found my house broke into my renter insurance advised me that they would not cover the items from conns as I had insurance through t... read more

I bought a TV over two years ago and paid it off. Now I'm getting calls and letters from Conns saying I have a balance. I went back to store and pulled receipts showing 0 balance and they are too stupid to update their records. I would give a 0 star if I could. Will never buy from them again. Do your research before purchasing.

I use to be pleased with your service except for the last time I purchased a item from you i was not informed of some things that automatically accrued and my contracts were combined without my knowledge cause the sales lady fail to inform me thats the reason for the low rating

On December 16th I purchased a refrigerator with conns in alb nm on coors by pass at the mall, promised it be delivered on the 19th no show was told by delivery guy that maybe they could delivered Tuesday or Thursday told him that was not acceptable if they had any other resources he said no, told him I would go to the store and get my money back and he hung up on me. Talked to manager, he said they would deliver my fridge on Tuesday dec 22, well the fridge they delivered didn't work. I called next day told them they deliver... read more
