I had to get a new refrigerator, in a hurry! I already have an account with Conns. A charming young man named ******* introduced himself, I gave him the measurements of the old model, and he quickly found me a suitable replacement that was in stock and could be delivered the next day! It was 4:30 pm! ******* was very knowledgeable and communicated clearly of all the terms and conditions of the delivery, haul-away, and financing. Highly recommended!
I have bought from a lot of stores like Conn's but never treated in the manner I was treated there. At Conn's I was left a lone to shop, but a sales rep was readily available if I had questions. I felt no pressure in making my purchase and anytime I call the store they are ALWAYS polite and courteous. I would definitely shop there again and would recommend to any of my friends
