Although my experience with the Conn?s homeplus showroom, in Aurora, Co, was very negative, my experience with your representative, Dyeisha, at your corporate office, in Texas, was very positive. She was professional and helpful, and was able to resolve my problem to my satisfaction.

When I signed my contract I signed for a bunk bed with stairs and dresser draws for the bottom. What was delivered was a draw for a bed. When I contact the store they responded that they didn’t have the product that I wanted hence why they send me the draw. I added the extra amount to the original contract. I’ve paid for the past 3 years. I’ve had to make extra payments even though I’ve showed them proof that I made a payment and had to pay extra late fees. She was very clear and concise I was given the information I needed immediately.
Cody at the store did what was right and resolved a customer highly upset at the situation of a microwave out since November as I was told several different things that did not qualify as good service. Cody was a relief. Crystal at the Call Center or Corporate responded to my email with a sense of urgency and followed up on my problem with courtesy and compassion. Thank you both for helping resolve this frustrating situation. I look forward to purchasing a new washer and dryer from you soon.

One star is the least available. Do not use them...they will tell you “We’ll give you our interest free promotion” and when you get the bills, you’re charged interest. The first time they did that to me...SHAME ON THEM. It took an act of God to correct. The second time they did that to me...SHAME ON ME. I will apply for Lowes

Conns is the absolute worse place to do business. I purchased a GE washer and dryer for $2500 on August 2nd 2020. Within less than 1 week of having the washer and dryer, I called customer support and was advised to go through wait and have the service department repair the machines. The guy came to my house at least 5 times. They finally determined that the unit needed to be replaced.
