I have been a customer for almost 3 years. I have always been on time with my payments. I am 7 months away from paying my account off. I call to ask to postpone a payment since my unemployment is delayed. My boyfriend that would help me pay my payment has been off of work for 2 weeks. All I hear is can you borrow money to pay the payment. I say no. Then they ask how I pay my bills. What is it to them how I pay my bills. I have been on time since day 1. Promised 12 months interest free. Called customer service when we saw interest on our statement. They said we qualified and they would fix it. It wasn't corrected so we called again and were told it couldn't be changed. Paid the entire balance and will never use Conns again.

I purchased Living Room Furniture from Conn's in December of 2018. In April of 2019 I notice the furniture armrest fading or discoloration on it. In May I filed a claim and the company sent someone to change the armrest out. Now when this happen no one was setting in the living room because my mother and I look at different things on TV. Also, she said the the furniture was too low for her to set on, so she sat on a pub chair at the table. I have a large TV in my room, and that is where I reside after working and everyday. This place is the worst i have ever went to, i purchased a bed set not even 2 years ago and the mattress is not any good i purchased a warranty on it and its still good i call them to send someone out which they did and the man said it was anything wrong with the mattress i told them a blind man can see something is wrong with the mattress, I've called several times and complained I've stayed on the phone for hours just for them to say we cant come back out for three months to retest the mattress. Today I was having problems buying from Conn?s in Baytown Tx. when an employee Mr.Freddy ***** took his time to find the right department that I needed. He made sure l was connected with them. If not for his help I would never have been able to purchase the item for my friend for Xmas.
