I just got conned by conns. my agreement was rewritten 3 times twice by an untrained Rep, who couldn't stop apologizing. that should have been my first sign. Warning to everyone. these employees are paid on commission. And they will conn you. they have 556 Customer Reviews. and there and their average is 1.49 at the time I wrote this review. don't get conned, go to BestBuy!
I was ok with conns until the time I paid my account off in full on 12/09/20 and conns still kept charging for two months and it caused my credit score to drop 60pts and because of that it stopped me from buying a house It affected me and my family so thanks a lot
Conns is the absolute worse place to do business. I purchased a Samsung washer and dryer for $2500 on November 2020. Within less than 5 months started having issues with the washer. I called customer support and was advised to go through wait and have the service department repair the machines. The guy came to my house over 7 times, and to top it off the service guy broken my main water line and water spill unto the floor and damage the title plus my bedroom carpet. The company is very responsive. I had a complaint about the accounting department and poor customer service. I received a call from a Manager and she was able to resolve the problem.
