This company false advertise their products and appliances. I bought a gas range on December 2 and was promised a delivery date of December 16. After numerous confirmations that the range was in stock, they failed to have it in stock and have no idea when they will get it. I tried to compromise with the District Manager by taking the floor sample if they honored an extended warranty, just in case. His name is JP, and he refused completely. Do not buy at Conn’s. I went to the Black Friday sales for furniture on 11/27/2020 which i did get approved for and picked out that same day. I received confirmation that it would be delivered Monday on 11/30/2020 the date was changed to Tuesday late Monday night, Tuesday night came and out of the 4 piece sofa set i chose i only have 2 pieces (a chair and ottoman) i have called the store and they referred me to the warehouse the warehouse refers me back to the store. The worst company that needs to be shut down for ripping people off! How does the government allow companies to charge 36% interest on products is beyond belief! They send you flyers for 0% interest and then bait and switch to 36% even if you are an existing customer! Never buy anything from this company! Someone needs to form a protest group to let people know how bad they are ripping people off!

The customer service rep provided A+ service. She took the time and explained the mattervof my concern. Very friendly and pleasant voice. She put into motion the process to take care of my concern and I feel confident that the matter will be resolved. Rep's name is Karen I donot know her last name.

The WORSE COMPANY in the US! I’ve had my washing machine for less than 7 months & purchased an extended warranty on the machine.. the washing machine is broken and I reported this to the company’s maintenance dept on November 10th and to this current day of December 10th no technicians have called me or come out to repair the issue. For a month at least three times a week, I have called the local store in Richmond VA and spoken to the Manager & a District Manager no resolution..
