Worst customer service I have ever encountered. I ordered a refrigerator in November 2020 and was told it would not be available until January. We were fine with that, made the order and awaited the due date. In the date of delivery. No refrigerator. I called conns and after being transferred 3 times and basically bounced around. They tell me I will not receivethe refrigerator until February. I got no phone call, no email, no letter to let me know that there would be no delivery on the day scheduled. I bought a tv from them that was damaged by their delivery crew after they took pictures. The screen is cracked in a starburst pattern at the top of the tv. I'm certain that they grabbed and squeezed the top of the tv to put it back in the packaging (after the pictures were taken). I called the day after receipt to file a complaint, and was told I'd have a response within 24-48 hours. I never received any response. do not use this store, the manager Tina, never returns phone calls to try to resolve issues. We bought a computer from this store as well as the repair service agreement. We took this computer to the store on November 17, 2020 to be sent off for repairs, we were told we should have it back within 30 days. after numerous phone calls no one knew anything about the computer, Tina never calls back. i finally talked to service dept in Texas in January, the computer was never sent to them to be repaired. i also called the complain... read more

Conns is exactly what their name is. They Conn people out of money and lock them into a program that they will never ever be able to pay off. I purchased some items through Conns and paid everything off other than $65.00 because this was insurance to cover my TV. What they don't tell you is that if you live with family that carries home owners insurance that you can ask them to cover it under their policy and then you don't have to pay for the insurance. Would give this company 0 stars if I could. Been a customer for over two years, I have had numerous issues with the account. Recently I was in a car accident and had Covid-19 due to officers not wearing masks. Customer associate agreed to delay my payment a week and it would not affect my credit reporting. I make the payment and Conns reports me late after giving me their word they would not. Conns will not rectify the error and told me my account has been settled. I’m a single mother of 4 children. I purchased a washer and dryer from conns, with a warranty. A year later my dryer went out. I called to have it serviced. It took 3 weeks for Conns to send out a technician. When the technician finally comes out, he said that I needed a motor for the dryer. So I had to wait another 3 weeks for him to come out and see if that’s the problem, if not, I guess I’ll have to wait another 3 weeks for them to fix my dryer.
