I have a charge on my credit report that is not me. I have disputed this and sent communication to Conns and have not heard back. I am following the Federal Trade Commission's guidelines and Conns still will not respond to me. I have also sent them copies of the credit report. I don’t understand how this can even happen. I had an account with Conns 8 years ago and it was paid in full and on time each month and they reported it correctly so for another $3981.00 to be on my credit is absolutely not ok. The furniture is of poor quality, but I could deal with that. It’s the harassment by phone that is terrible! Constant phone calls from these people have made me miserable! I’ve blocked them and they just call from different numbers, all hours of the day and night. I will NEVER purchase from or recommend this company to anyone!

Still not happy . Can?t afford to by anything else and can?t use 100.00 gift card on anything not even on a payment

I did have problems with my order pickup do to some misinformation but my concerns were addressed with a message via Facebook. In the end my concerns were addressed and I was successful in getting my order

It was an ok experience at first. There was lack of communication. But conns made it right. I have all my merchandise and am very happy.

They are definitely true to their name! We spent the last 3 days dealing with them and it has been a complete nightmare... Besides the miscommunication and being told completely different things by several different managers, they ended up shipping us the wrong items for which we immediately had taken back while the movers were here. After 4 hours of dealing with them over the phone, we finally agreed to driving 2 hours back to the store to sign the new invoice (corporate policy) for our correct items only to be told that th... read more

First, I will start with the great part of my experience my sales rep. was very helpful. When me and my husband went into the Hampton location we needed our whole entire house, starting brand new, we should of went to Walmart. It been about 6 months and our front tv screen went out and we called to set an appointment to get repaired, the person has not show up three times, then we get a survey , about how did we do.
