I purchased a new TV online, smooth process. Pickup was at the warehouse in San Antonio, i arrive and am greeted by a staff member who directs me to the warehouse bay i should pick up my TV at. After 10 minutes of waiting next to a closed bay, i go back to ask the front desk what the hold up is only to be asked to keep waiting. 10 minutes later i am told to go back into the warehouse to “see something” where the warehouse staff has my television out of the box and and ask me to “check the screen”. After paying our account completely off, they are still calling and harassing us! Sketchy company. I mean their name is Conn's After all "Con Artists". Definitely do not recommend doing business with them!

Avoid this place like the plague, we bought a gas stove the first one arrived so damaged I declined delivery , the day after delivery of the second one we smelled gas , my husband pulled out the stove and discovered it was installed incorrectly resulting in a gas leak , it was 800 PM , the store manager on duty said oh just turn off the gas we will send an email . They did not care about the danger we were in , I’ll never shop there again.

Price Fraudulent..I saw an item online and price..I called the closest store to me and gave them the item number and the sales guy said that had 2,So I drove 2 hrs to the store and foundout that they are charging 200.00 for that the internet price saying cause it's a new model..But looks the same and same Item number

Conns delivered a washer with a cracks in the pastic door on the front. They refused to repair/replace the washer. Would not recommend getting anything delivered from there. ????????

I honestly do not know where to start. My husband and I purchased items when this place opened about six years ago in our city. We ended up paying so much interest that we should have lived in our home with emptiness, but we realized it was a bad decision and just knew that we would never do it again. We paid out our contract, but received a million calls to pay starting the day before the bill was even due. They are not willing to work with customers during the covid 19 epidemic. All my other creditors are working with me but not Conn's.I get emails telling me that are here to help but never do. Conn's promises a lot but never delivers.

I purchased a stove and refrigerator almost a year ago, at the time of purchase I was asked if I wanted to add insurance to my appliances which I agreed. Back in Feb 2020 my oven goes out and I call to ask if they can come out to fix it. At that point I was told I did not have insurance on the stove only the refrigerator. I explained to customer service that I was told when I purchased the appliance I was offered for both. Now I am told I only have it on one. We purchased a new washing machine from Conn's on July 6, 2020 & paid for delivery & installation on July 8, 2020. We were given a window for delivery from 11:45 to 1:45. When the delivery did not happen as promised, we called Conn's delivery number and was placed on hold for over 90 minutes. Later that day, the delivery did show up, but dented the washer, and flooded our home with water. They left and my wife and I cleaned up the house and removed over 10 gallons of water from the floor.
