I have been without a Fridge as 072920. Conn has been scheduled and canceling appts for my service since then. Finally they called and i was told they had no serviceman for the Corpus Christi area. I redirected to another maintenace company and still had to wait two more weeks for service. I bought a 42 in TV on June 6, 2020. I purchased a service agreement for 4 years. The total cost of the TV and agreement was $600.00. Here it is 2 1/2 months later and the TV is broke. The legs never snapped into the TV itself and the TV was always unsteady. We tried to stabilize the legs and the TV. Consequently the TV finally fell over as I tried to catch it. I have communicated to this company several times for the entire month of August. I spoke to 4 supervisors in customer service and 1 supervisor named Manny in billing who ALL agreed that the balance being reported stated it was incorrect. Then today one bad Apple employee who is known to be rude and unprofessional denied all those supervisors statements. Ordered a chair online because they were local and promised fast delivery. Promised delivery on Sunday. It's Friday. I've left several messages and was put on hold by 3 different people for an hour. Called again. Put on hold. Luckily PayPal didn't put the charge through, but the business practices scared me. Also, it was very strange -- when I phoned they asked for my social security number and date of birth. That seemed outrageous to me.

Worst customer service ever!! I purchased a refrigerator and have a warranty on it. I called first week of August because the freezer and fridge were not working properly. Tech came out, ordered parts. Called again 3 days later, same issue, tech came out a few days later, ordered parts. Week later tech comes puts in parts. I wish I could give 0 stars but by default they will earn 1. The reason for this is because last Summer I bought a new bed room set and I told the associate that I am salaried and only get paid once a month so I went ahead and purchased. Each month after that my payment was due on the 13th but I told them...I was told that I can change my date. Then it became ok.... after you make a payment. Conn’s has the worst customer service I have seen. Sales teams are nice in the stores but once you make your purchase, your on your own. You can never get customer service on the phone. If you do, agents answers are short and you do not resolve your problems. On-line payment system does not work. You have to drive to the store to make payments. 4 months and I still have not received payment book.

I purchased an electric range a little less than a year ago, called conns repair repair and they have come out twice after failing to show up on scheduled dates in which I took time off work. I'm going into month 3 without a range and was told to go in for a replacement. Went in to get exact stove replaced and was told now I had to pay an additional 185 for the range because price had increased and needed to pay delivery again and purchase another power cord! This company is horrible. When we bought the bed it was supposed to come with a staircase and not just a ladder. We called our sales agent and she said she would look into it but we never heard from her and we ended up just letting it go. Now they are reporting my payments as being 60 days late when they are not. The two times that I called into customer service, they asked me to jump thru hoops to show the payments being reported late, when they are the ones that were reporting it.
