This has been one huge mistake to shop at Conn's. First of all, the website does not give you enough information such as statement and payment that was posted on line??? I believe they do not want you to see all the add on charges that they taking in our bill. Secondary there has been charges unknowingly such as administrative fees of $100.00 that was we have never been told. Worst place ever, do not buy anything from them. Not only do you pay way to much for whatever you buy, the warranty is useless. I have been without a fridge for 2 months now, 4 technicians later still not fixed. Wish I could give them ZERO stars. Time taken off work to accommodate them, still no fridge!! Try going months with no fridge!!!

Bought an 82 inch Samsung TV and shortly after purchase the remote stopped working. I have called numerous times to have someone come replace the remote and been stood up. I have offered to bring them the remote and told no they would come to me. So I call back for a THIRD try at getting the remote replaced and called asking for a manager and was denied and given every excuse as to why I couldn't even after pushing to speak to one.
