The sales team is great however the service department has been very disappointing. Numerous attempts to have our new tv service after only four months serious service issues are needed . Three in a row no call no show after the appointments for service are made . No response when required assistance. Very unresponsive to service issues

Cons is just that a con I have had nothing but trouble since working with them I bought their insurance and steel going on five months nothing has been done I would not suggest using consTo my worst enemy

Don't ever purchase from this business!!! I'm a year into a 3 year contract and I'm beginning to realize how much of a mistake going through this company for financing was. For starters, during the sale, my salesman lied directly to me regarding the terms of my contract. I was initially told that I would have 0% interest and $0 financing costs for the first 2 years of the 3 year contract. I will never step another foot into Conn,s they set you up from the website and threw the store and come up with excuses why you can't cancel your order with in 24 hours of your contract I need legal help and going to see what consumer affairs can help me please watch out for them and make sure you get all your info before you sign 2/22/2021

I'm a United States Air Force active duty member that just returned home after serving overseas for four years. We just bought a house and with that comes the need for appliances. Conns had a dryer to complete a set we wanted to buy. I bought it with no problem. A day after purchasing I received an e-mail requesting my drivers license to verify that I was who I said I was. I had to complain to A supervisor about both of my deliveries..I communicated with everyone and didn?t want to take the supervisor and I was pushed to the side several times no good communication or anything but the supervisor that contacted me treating me with kindness and respect it made me feel like a VIP customer...
