I was told by Sales Lady that I needed to purchase $3000 to get the free TV. I will admit I was wearing a mask and having hot flashes so I wanted to get out of the store. The sales lady convinced me to buy $3400.00 dollars worth of furniture to get the free TV with payments at $205.00 being interest free if paid within a year. My payment package came in the mail with my total amount due of almost $7800.00 because they had added furniture repair per piece of furniture down to the throw pillows as well as renters insurance in ... read more
Conns is the worst pay for merchandise and waranty and can't get nothing fix. Theft of service

I opened an account with Conn's on a 0% financing for 12 months. I was told i had to use their insurance on product purchased unless i provided home owners policy. When i provided home owners policy they kept charging my account for their insurance. It took months for them to stop. i was told that they would credit me for months charged by nothing happened. I have been a customer of Conns for quite some time now, and I give them credit for finance people without perfect or no credit. While they might not technically break the law, they do or don't do things to make you pay interest. The first thing is the amount of minimum payment will take you directly to their 35% APR; the website offer zero information about the status of the cash option, and worse than other predatory loan options, they won't advise you about the status. the salesmen at the store only give enough information to sell and not enough on the service after such as the Ins or warranty or the proper set up services, no returns even if it a day old ,, if you are not happy with your purchase no matter what you signed the contract and you are on your on ,they will try to fix the problem, they want your cash and nothing else, so I advised people to stay away

I purchased a tv from them and am still paying on it. Even purchased the extended warranty. I am having an issue with the tv now and it has lines at the top. Have sent multiple pictures in and no one ever calls me. I have to call in myself to find out they are saying its damaged. Even thought there is no physical damage but yet stating that is not covered. So in other words they are just having you pay for a warranty that covers nothing. I purchased a refrigerator in store on January 9th and still have not received the item. I was told the item would be delivered February 14th, then it was delayed to the 27th. The item was never delivered. I contacted the delivery department and was told my fridge was "not available" and that there would not be any stock again until March 5th, almost two months after my purchase date.
