The service was impeccable. I was contacted quickly to resolve my issue. My delivery was delayed, and one of my items was damaged, but I was contacted and received information regarding my concession.

Bad experience with this company. Trying to get a letter or something that my account is zero balance. They said it would take about 20-30 days to get this information. But when you owe them they are all over you. You request for Management or Human Resources to put complaint. they advise there is no one available or dont have it. Convenient they dont have it cause theyno you are going to put a complaint again them. I have not had this issue with any other companies that i have had interaction with.
