After 9 months of fighting with this company to do the right thing, the only way I know to settle this matter is to SUE CONN's. Your company sold me merchandise under false pretense and when I returned it to the store, I was told a receipt for the return or proof of credit could not be immediately provided to me. That it had to come from another office and would be available after 2 days. Sounded fishy, but I rolled with it. Headquarters personnel were very friendly and pleasant. But will not be shopping at the local store.

My wife and I stopped in at the Conn’s located in Lake Worth Tx back on 2/13/21. We walked in ready to purchase some appliances for our son who lives out of state. My son who lives in Glendale Arizona had also stopped in at a local Conn’s by his home and checked in with their staff to see if I could make the purchase in Texas and have them deliver the appliances to his home. I wish I could give negative stars. Calls 21 in 2 days. I called to make payment. Had to call several times. Can't understand people who all seem to have east Indian accent. Gave all payment info. They never processed payment. Called back had to do same process of verifying everything but blood type. Social, ph #, address, dob, card....this is harassment in the worse way.

Every time I have visited Conns the wife and I had.been greeted and no pressure put on us to buy. I don't like high prices sales persons, and when I do I LEAVE. KEEP THE GREAT JOB UP.

We needed a washer/dryer combination, so my daughter went in to purchase a unit from the store, qualified for financing, and they even price met. Delivery was set up, they go in to set up the units, and the salesman did not tell us that we needed to purchase a bracket so the units could be stacked. We discussed this with the salesman(at time of purchase) and even measured the units so that we could be sure they would fit in the confined space in our condo. Horrible service!! I have a Maytag dryer that I purchased and have had nothing but trouble with. The first year it broke down 4 times and Maytag came out and did the repairs, no charge but it kept blowing sensors and mother boards. The next year was the same issue but Maytag would not touch it due to the 12 month manufacture warranty, I had to use Conn's Extended Warranty, they have been out numerous times and it is still not working.
