WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! I went into conns and was looking to purchase a laptop for school work for law enforcement classes during the purchase I asked the employee if they price matched and she informed me that she did not, later to find out they DO!!!! so I called the store the next day in regards to why I was lied to and they say because there's comes with a cheap $10 sleeve that it differentiates their computer from best buys computer because its a bundle, also I got the computer home and have had nothing but problems w... read more

I recently purchased a sofa two Months ago. The sales man told me the furniture protection plan protects everything I said are you sure he said yes. Sad to say my son sat on it with a pen in his pocket and it bled onto the sofa. First I called filed the claim and it took 3 times to get them to get them same email Of all required docs and pics of the stain. I was greeted almost immediately after coming inside and it wasn't the hovering type. Terry asked me what I was looking for and walked me through the options. I wasn't pushed one way or the other, which is fantastic. I got what I needed, and I always buy extended warranties. Other stores said they could not deliver till the 1st or 5th, but I will get mine in two days! They were patient with working on financing plans. No one in the company seems to know what they are doing. I had automatic withdraw for payments each month. February 2019 they decided to milk me for 2 payments without an explanation. I paid the overpriced washer off in November 2020 then in March 2021 they send me a payment due notice? How are they even in business with practices like that
<p>Cant get help fixing my washer have had 3 repair men out but still doesn't work</p> <p>They don't live up to keeping their appliance up. We have had a repair man 3 times come out and he says nothing wrong but it wont spin out.</p>
