Conn's is a very pleasing company. The staff is very accommodating and friendly. I love the customer service, they are so sweet. Makes me want to buy more merchandise.

I was trying to pay and she lady didn't understand and i didnt understand her and she was rude just talking over me and omg i literally heard a rooster in the back ground, wtf is that about. im so done with this Company never again will i buy from them . do not buy from them. every worse customer service.

I give three stars because of our first experience being great. My husband and I bought a washer and dryer (duel sets two in one. Two washers in one and two dryer in one). With a large TV. We had a great experience in the Dallas TX store. And had no problems with online needs. We decided to get out Dining set and computer set (desk, with desk top computer and chair). On their website it States a certain price but when you call the store it's a totally different price,it's false advertising. I emailed the customer service they contacted me within a couple days but I have not heard nothing back from anybody in the store the ad they have on their website should be the prize that I get that item for but no one will contact me regarding it the website is misleading people and therefore it should be considered false advertising.

I started off a little confused on the agreement of my delivery and after speaking with a young lady in their customer service she straightened everything out for me and called me back to make sure I agreed and then assured me everything would go as planned and it most definitely did great customer service I really appreciated the professionalism and courtesy.
