I paid off my tv earlier then I was supposed to and my credit dropped 50 points? Why? I do not understand what I did wrong? Every payment was made on time.

I thought that it was not barrel I couldn't get anybody to take care of what I need it I called three times my credit has not been reported they told me that it would is still not reported any issue that I had with my washer and dryer has not been fixed they told me that they will not fix it it should've been done the first time I had nothing to do with that but yet and still is not fixed

I had to pay of my furniture twice. When you call in for a pay off amount rep tells you that you the payoff is good for 10 days. Being I was going through closing on a house the escrow company needed to mail a check. Conn's received and cashed the check but continued to charge me. I called in and complained and asked for help but it ended with me having to pay Conn's another $433 in interest. In which when I called for the balance to pay the amount the rep tells me again the payoff amount is good for 10 days, it seems really... read more

I bought a computer table as I urgently needed it for my assignments. The purchase was made on April 9th 2021, the delivery which I received was incomplete had only wooden planks but no hardware to assemble in spite of my several calls, and Conn's experts visiting my place to assemble failed to assemble the table. But meanwhile, conn's misinformed prefered lease to start charging me as the sale is completed. I would like to inform you I am paying Installment for furniture which I never used.

I am unhappy with the business. their name is exactly what they are CONNS!! I was just hoping for a little grace considering we have been thru very devastating times due to this past year being in a pandemic. Since my purchase I have made timely monthly payments. I'm not denying I wasn't aware of the promotional period however timely reminders would have been nice. They delivered the wrong couch to my house. Told me to come to the store . They said the invoice was incorrect. Now there saying they don’t have my couch. I said get me out of the contract that they broke . They said they can’t . So Now I have no couch . These people are cons just like there name . The place is a scam . I wouldn’t never recommend anyone coming for anything. Please be aware of these scammers you’ve been warned
