Had a great experience while shopping for a new t.v. at Conns. Lexus ***** was the sales personnel who helped me and let me tell you, she was very helpful. She was very patient with me with my needs and many questions. I would 100% recommend her to everyone I know and even to those I don't know. Thanks for the shopping experience Lexus.

Terrible delivery service!! Went for a brand new appliance. Everything went good, left store expecting a new appliance. Got a call before delivery that appliance was damaged and could be a rejected appliance from another client. So I rejected it as well, cause I'm paying for a new one with no damage, straight out of the box. Rescheduled for another one.... recieved call that again before delivery. This time it wasn't in the truck and they were out of stock. So I call my sales rep to get this fixed. So we agreed on the store ... read more

This all started on a Thursday, 5/14/2021 (when the money was drafted from my account). My son who's 17 picked out a bedroom suit, they didn't have it in so we settled for a full size bed instead of a queen. They delivered the items on Sunday, well when the movers came, I wasn't there so they put the bed up (I already have mattresses), left the night stand but when they opened the box for the dresser, it wasn't the correct one, so, they took the dresser back but left the mirror on the floor. If I could give a 0 for review I would do just that.. We have been a customer of conns for over 9 years, we recently made a huge ($10,000) purchase to furnish our new home. Needless to say they messed it all up! Formal Dining set delivered 2 times damaged, finally the 3rd time it was not damaged. I missed a family gathering at my mother's burial due to their lack of communication, they were to deliver it on May 3rd never showed up no call no email no nothing! Had my computer taken in for service because it glitched 2 weeks after purchase and was called to go get a new one because they had lost the one that was sent in for service, I didn’t want the exact same computer because of the previous issue and asked if I could get a lower priced one but was told I’d still have to pay the same amount! Ridiculous because the other one was lost in transit so they don’t have it and it wasn’t my fault! I have been a customer for nearly 20 years but I will NEVER shop there again and I'm telling everyone I know. I received an email first thing this morning that my bill was due on the 24th and my Cash Option may be voided. Today is the 25th! Yep, ONE DAY late and the relentless bullying and harassment begins. I have nearly 50 numbers from them blocked. They spoof new numbers and call a half dozen times a day. The sales associates are extremely agressive as soon as you walk through the door even when you tell them you want to be left alone to look around. After I found a Television I was interested in, I completed the credit information for the approval and scheduled the delivery. This purchase took place on Sunday - 05/23. Advertising everywhere reads NEXT DAY DELIVERY. I believe it even states guaranteed but am not 100% on that piece.
