Conn's is an absolute joke! I order a bed back in January of 2021- right after Christmas. I placed my order online and the product came fairly quickly. When it arrived at my house it was put up by the delivery team but it was damaged in multiple places. At this point, the guys told us there was nothing they could do that we would need to contact the home store closest to us.. which we did. CSR Clinton very rude, put me on 45 min ., and still waiting while I do this review., waiting for Sup James to come to the phone to speak to them about his rudeness, yelling, disrespectful, obnoxious, They confirmed delivery, made it to the house, then they drove off because my purchase wasn’t in the truck, it was out of stock . DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY NOT WORTH THE TROUBLE

Salesman says would you like to purchase extra coverage. Sure, what does it cover? "Anything and everything, you could literally take a knife to it and we'll still replace or repair for free" to good to be true obviously as I recently moved and it got some damage to back side. I also had 2 small scuffs from just us using furniture so I'm thinking ok they will just take care of it all while there here. The guy comes out and looks at it and 1 month later I get a call saying it's not covered because damage happened from moving.... read more

I purchased a sofa and 2 recliners and when it was delivered it was not the same color as the furniture in the store. I cancelled the delivery because I was not going to be home but they delivered it anyway and my son signed for it not knowing what the furniture looked like. I immediately called the store and they told me to call the delivery number. I have talked to customer service and they said nothing can be done. Very poor customer service, long wait times, and an unresponsive website. This caused me during a time of illness and unemployment to not be able to utilize the insurance which was a part of my payments for years. Terrible administrative practices and bureau reporting. Customer service lacked any compassion and understanding. It can only be assumed that this is representative of management, from CEO Norm Miller, down and throughout the organization.
Conns is a con artist. We had one final payment before interest hit. They kicked the money back , made money off of it, then hit us with interest. They did this to make an extra buck. We will not pay that or use CONN artist again. They need to go out of business.

Conns is a joke customer service is horrible I paid my account in FULL in February have been getting the run around from managers through the customer service phone number it’s June 3rd and I’m still waiting for my overpayment check. I lost my dad April 29th I have all emails and records of this matter and explained I really needed my money!! Please help me this is not okay. I have rights!!!

Buyers Beware!! Had furniture delivered on 02/26/21. Horrible experience, the movers destroyed my sofa trying to get it in my apartment. Blame it on my small doorway. When customer service reach out to me at first they only wanted to give me a 25% discount, told them they could just take it back cus the sofa was a total loss. Call back and agree on 50% plus free delivery charges. Found out all that was taken off my bill was $400. My sofa was $899 plus taxes and I’m sure tons of interest.
