Wonderful as always..my wife and I have been Conns customers since around 2000 ...always had a great experience..we wouldn't shop anywhere else.

Worst mattress ever. It can't be the fault of Serta--a good company. I noticed within 2 months that the center of the mattress sagged. For two months more, I woke up with severe lower back pain and spent all of November and December seeing doctors, getting MRI and prescriptions and not sleeping well. After the holidays, I went to the store and complained. The manager gave me the number for Serta. No one answered there and, after several more tries, I was able to get someone who gave me the number for Conn's claims. I called ... read more

Conn's Team Workers were very knowledgeable, professional, & very very kind with assisting me from the beginning to the end of my purchase. The delivery team was very professional too, explain the equipment and warranties. They took time with me.

I have been a loyal customer for many years. I feel very comfortable when shopping at Conns. Courtney was very helpful, knowledgeable and courteous. I have no worries when shopping at Conns. I use to be nervous when purchasing appliances. Now I feel like I'm visiting and old friend!
