Awful customer service. Purchased a double oven, microwave and dishwasher. Kim (sales representative) never informed us that the delivery and installation would be on different days. Took the 1st day off of work for the delivery to find out that the items wouldn't be installed for a week later. One week later, we received a call from the installers that they had to cancel due to a medical situation and have to rescheduled ANOTHER week later. Very courteous and friendly. Happy to know that Conn's wanted feedback on their service. Shows that they care. I've had problems with Conn's in the past but it was with a certain store. I was so angry that I even lost a $100 gift card sent to me by higher ups because I refused to ever shop at Conn's again. Wish I could get that gift card back now. Lol

I wish I never purchased from this company nothing but fraud they call you 24/7 from different numbers to make a payment but once they are paid off they don’t want to update it on my credit report they have it opened and that I still owe them! I’ve escalated this situation so many times and they don’t bother doing anything!! This company needs to go out of business!!

I purchased a living room set plus tables and a bedroom set from Conn's but I financed an asset chair through their leasing company progressive leasing. Well, the asset chair was damaged at delivery. They sent some guy from Greensboro to take pictures of the chair and he said it would need to be replaced. The leasing company said I need to talk with Conns to see what they could do.
