Lina shouldn't be the CEO of this company. Of all the people I talked to, and there were many, she is the only one who took responsibility and resolved the problem. She kept me informed about the situation and stayed with it until it was resolved. I thank her for her dilligents and perseverance. She deserves a raise. Ad for as the store in Mesquite, TX on Town East, I will never do business with them again. The so called managers suck. They would not answer my calls, would not return my calls and lied every time. If I could I will give Conns in Monroe, LA zero stars. In October 2020 I purchased several items from Conns a bunk bed and couches. The bunk bed they sold me was no longer in stock and they wouldn’t make anymore ( didn’t let me know this until weeks later and I had to contact them about the order) so they gave me the one the floor. Fast forward to delivery day, my items came DAMAGED with PARTS and SCREWS missing and the delivery crew did not properly assembled it and my couch pillows had holes in it. Went in the store (Fort Worth - Hulen St.) looking for a washer and dryer. The sales lady was eager for a sale and we ended up purchasing a washer and dryer. Conn's delivered while I was out of state on vacation. About 2 weeks when I washed my first load, I noticed my dryer was making a loud scratching noise. I called customer service for a service call to check it out. Turned out my dryer was damaged upon delivery. In 16 months, I have always paid my bill (due on 26th) before late fees are added. I responded to an email on the 30th that we were moving on the 5th and I would pay it on the 14th ( 2weeks before 30 days late). I continued to receive at least 1 email a day demanding payment and as many as 8 phone calls in one day to pay whatever I could. I told them repeatedly I was paying on the the 14th( which I did). Harassment maybe?

Not Responsibility. The items not good cuz I just bought the massage chair 2 weeks and I also bought the insurance for that. When I received my items its not on the box and when I used it it’s made the sound really loud. I will contact with the chief of the conn’s company and complain about it.

I was approved for x amount and then entered into an agreement for a product they did not even have available. In short, I had to pay another 290.00 dollars for a gas range oven, because I had no other way to fix a home issue. Needed the oven...so paid up....But in the best interest of the community .....they are just short of theft! Praying on the income level who can least afford being taken advantage of!

I had an excellent salesman who was very informed, however, only after purchasing the dishwasher was I informed that delivery and installation were separate processes. This required additional and unexpected effort on my part but to date, I do not have a working dishwasher. After the initial delivery confirmation date, Conn's (separate from delivery) installation affiliates have rescheduled five times with no assurance that installation will occur.
