HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. EXACTLY ONE MONTH AGO WE PURCHASED AN OVEN AND IT WAS TO BE DELIVERED IN TWO DAYS, IT WAS NEVER DELIVERED NOBODY KNOWS WHY. SO THEN IT WAS ESCHEDULED TO BE DELIVERED IN 3 DAYS AND COME TO FIND OUT THE DISTRIBUTION CENTER SAID THE OVEN WAS NO LONGER IN STOCK. Literally everything these people said was a lie. I received an offer to apply for credit. I was informed that I was approved for $2500, with 36 months no interest. That sounded to good to be true so I assumed they charge more on the front end to make up for the no interest. Anyway, I went into the store and purchased a tv for $1800 and I let the sales person talk me into adding bluetooth soundbar sense I had more available credit. My wife and I bought a nectar mattress from conns on 5/5/21. We were promised delivery today on 5/9/21. We never heard anything and after waiting on hold for 30 minutes I was told delivery was delayed until 5/11/21. No reason. No excuses. Just told we have to wait. I will NEVER give my business to conns again. My wife had set up a king bed frame while I was at work in anticipation for our bed to be delivered. This is unacceptable and ridiculous. I would recommend taking your business to someone trustworthy.

Every time I call and ask to talk to a manager I am told I can not talk to a manager. I recently paid off my conns and received the letter from them saying it was paid off and the account closed but they reported it to my credit as a charge off. When I specifically called to talk to a manager about this incident the customer service rep told me no you can’t speak to a manager. I can help you. Was very rude.
