Conn's Home Plus is a fraudulent company. They will call three or more times a day telling you to pay them, when there is already a payment plan in place. When paying off the TV, they voided my warranty. They refuse to honor their contract because they have now received their money. I will never go back. Be aware....they will take your money and run!

What can I say about a company that helps the small people. That gives you the opportunity to build your credit while not skimping on top of the line items. I CAN SAY THEY ARE AWESOME!! From the time you walk in you are greeted. The sales reps are knowledgeable and patient, and the lady that takes the cash was beyond pleasant. About 10 days ago, my family went to Conn's to purchase some furniture. My husband had already talked to an associate before we got there. She was very friendly and let us look around. My mom was with us since she is moving into our basement and needed some furniture as well. After we picked everything out, we started the purchasing process. We'd already been approved for credit, so we didn't think it would take long. Well apparently the internet went out and everything had to be rebooted...we were there for FOUR HOURS total... read more

They told me i was approved then had me fill out a credit application only to deny me and add a black mark on ny credit. When i talked to them about kt they basically said oh well. Do NOT use this company!!
