This has been the WORSE experience of my life and I am forced to provide a star-rating but I I could the rating would be ZERO stars. I purchased an adjustable base bed in January 2021 for the Lewisville, TX store. Upon delivery, I was advised the sync cord was not included in the content that was delivery. Then only for the delivery man to walk off with the remote control to the bed. The service department is a huge help. The store representatives are absolutely no help at all. I've been calling since October to have my main coffee replaced after it just fell apart in the middle of night one night, and finally now, in April, I get some help to replace the item. I honestly would never recommend Conn's to anyone else. There service department is amazing however.

The customer service by phone is amazing! The customer service to get you to buy something is amazing!...you need to get help with a repair or exchange and it flys out the window !

Bought floor model mattress. Salesman said it came with full factory warranty. At delivery matress was all humped up in the center. Delivery people said they all do that. Give it a couple days After 2 days I called the salesman and he said it might take a couple weeks. After 2 more weeks nothing changed. I called the store and they said to apply for warranty. I called the warranty people at conns and they said they would put me with furniture repair service. A week later repair person looked at matress and said matress shoul... read more

Conns is just what i says it is, a CON ARTIST. I purchased a washer and dryer and ultimately paid over 4K for the equipment in interest and fees. In addition, they added insurance and when I asked that they remove it that would not refund the full amount. They prey on people who have low credit scores and are desparate for services. I have reached the end of my contact and I will never purchase a piece of furture or appliance from them ever again. If I could less than zero stars I would!!!! I did business with them thru Acceptance NOW but doing business with them directly is TRASH!!! They don't have customer service skills when they will damn near give you an aneurysm with the amount of phone calls you will receive from missing a payment not even 5-10 days into your payment being due. HARASSMENT at its finest. They snake a way to get you to agree to paying but don't want to provide you with an email or letter in the mail that you REQUEST about the details of the phone... read more

What started off as a very pleasurable shopping experience at the Conn's Store in San Marcos TX on March 19th, 2021 became a complete nightmare on Friday, March 26th. When a customer is told and lead to believe that the installation of new equipment and haul off of the old equipment would be done one way and something complete different happens, it is understandable that customer would be upset and frustrated. Buyer beware! The salesperson at Conns sold me a couch set and it broke within 6 months. When I called them to complain the business first offered to replace my couch and then, without telling me, rescinded the offer to replace instead blaming me for the couch damage. To note it had collapsed when I sat on it normally. The sales rep wanted to sell me a extended warranty plan for $300 but it didn't cover animal damage and was convinced that the warranty was not worth it. I was told four different lies about my order by managment. I was told the date it will be in it was 5 days later. The free delivery is a lie too. They told me I can get it deliver and pick it up my self at the store. When I gave them the $100 off card they sent me in the mail now I can't get it deliver to the store, said I had to pay $89 to get it deliver to the house. Never shop there again.
