This is my 2nd time dealing with the Spartanburg, SC location. Each time there were problems with products and repair services. They sell products to consumers that are off the floor, defective, and or missing operators manuals. When reported you will receive excuses and placed on hold for hours with each department.

I was misled by a sales person at Cons appliances I was told that I had free shipping the shipping was $129 I received a . $80 credit I don’t think that’s free shipping free shipping would be $129 credit on shipping unhappy customer

i was very excited to work with Conns until i had this experience and now i will never come, recommend nor ever have something nice to say about these people specifically at this location. I went in to finance for a TV and a TV stand. We had got told they also offered snap-finance so as we were looking around to see what else we wanted Kim came up to us and advised they no longer worked with snap-finance. I've had a great experience at conns buying my furniture. But as time goes on and i pay off my loan almost a year ago and its still showing on my credit report. An at this point i have no idea how to get it off.

If you owe a little bit of a balance even if you pay what you can, they harass you and call you 20 times a day it’s ridiculous. We’ve paid $200 each month during a pandemic and haven’t missed but maybe a month. We’ve paid a couple months a few times and I’m still getting 20 calls a day. HARRASSMENT.

I had communication problems with the customer service department but when headquarters contacted me the were very professional and efficient and addressed all issues promptly.

I am furious!!!! I purchased a washer & dryer a MONTH ago. It was my first purchase for my brand new home. Little did i know, when they delivered my items that one wouldn't work. I was advised i needed an electrician and spent $300 to have someone tell me that my dryer was missing electrical pieces that require it to work & work safely. SO, I call CONNs (aka Conn artists) and found that the they wanted to charge me just to come get the non working dryer and would not just deliver the parts missing.
