Sales rep sold me a mattress I didn’t want and won’t return it day after it got delivered.

Conns home plus delivery was never made to me conns requiredme to pay in full receiving no goods as their delivery man was paid to take the purchase to another location. I was unable to press charges because the thief had relatives that were employeed with law enforcement. To keep credit in good standings I paid the debt. Conns reports inaccurate info to credit bureaus. You can never speak with a supervisor. Their appliances have no serial numbers nc law you can't sell with out one. I purchased kitchen appliances from Conn’s (stove, range top/microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher. ?originally went in for my son an office chair /(bought 2 /7 a 60” tv) as my credit no pay off early rating on my account and with the credit bureau was a great rating for paying one of buys and building my credit was important to me). Customer Service is just sad I had to take off work two days & still my furniture hasn't been delivered Constantly being told different reasons / excuses Conns orginally delivered my items on Sunday only for all of them to be damaged I'm the only one contacting them They still haven't once called me Very bad service

After going through the application process, I find out that the merchandise I wanted was not in stock at the store. I was instructed to retrieve the merchandise at the distribution center in Dallas. Due to personal circumstances and Covid, I was not able to travel from Grand Prairie to Dallas. I asked the salesperson to cancel the transaction. Again, I never went to the distribution center in Dallas nor did I authorize anyone to retrieve the merchandise for me. 30 days later I receive a late payment notice from Conns. Neith... read more

Was lied to by to other people in corporate and this lady helped fixed it. JUST TELL THE TRUTH FROM THE GET GO. IT WOULD HAVE SAVED ME 4 HOURS PLUS TRAVEL
