the worst experience I've ever had had a bedroom's set delivered on Monday with Cockroach wings broken parts and there trying to make me pay for it its un heard of I have videos and pictures the delivery guys are awesome but back and fourth with customer cares good luck with corporate and store number 280 what a joke going on 4 days tomorrow I can add pics and videos I will post it on Facebook fourth day sleeping on the floor this is a joke Alex

One star since I can't leave a zero star rating. I purchased a new washer and dryer and upon delivery in August 2019 the dryer quit working in 2 days while drying the second load. When I called they just wanted to send someone out to repair it which wasn't an option for me. I wanted a new dryer delivered. It took lots of arguing and time on the phone to make this happen. This is literally the worst company ever! They waste your time so don't waste your time with them! They gave me multiple runarounds with when they would come install Friday then Saturday then finally on Sunday they showed up... With the wrong parts!! And they blamed me!! And I told them I made the purchase I. Store! I didn't even order the parts!! DO NOT SHOP HERE!!

This place is a Conn! Bought a washer/dryer set 12 months same as cash. Selected that option on my application. Now 6 months later paid it off in full. Logged in to make sure my payment cleared (it did) and had a $500+ balanced. Conversed with customer service who said they are not sure how my same as cash purchased flipped into an installment purchase at 36% interest and to go to the store and ask them. My purchase was made online and not in a store.

THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. I SAW IN YOUR ADVERTISEMENT THAT YOU APPROVE PEOPLE WITH ITIN, I WENT TO THIS STORE ON WILLOWBROOK MALL AND THEY WERE NICE UNTIL THEY ASKED FOR MY IDS, I EXPLAINED TO THEM THAT I HAVE MY PASSPORT AND MY ID FROM MY COUNTRY ALSO MY ITIN NUMBER. I GAVE MY ID TO THIS REPRESENTATIVE HE ASKED FOR A MATRICULA I EXPLAINED TO HIM THAT IN MY COUNTRY MY MATRICULA HAD A DIFERENT NAME. HE JUST TOLD ME THAT HE CAN'T HELP ME WITH THAT. I do not recommend ever going here for anything! I went to Conns for the first time, needing a laptop for school, got talked into applying for the 12 month no interest plan, and was told I was approved and then got talked into buying a mattress. When my mattress was delivered, and during the assembling process of the delivery men, I found out that it was the wrong cord sent with my adjustable beauty rest bed, so I refused it.
