I must say that my initial experience with my local store (the salesperson specifically) don't go as I would have liked but, long story short, Angela and Kristina really went above and beyond to make it all in all an epic success in the end! They both deserve a raise, whatever they are getting paid, it isn't enough! Those two ladies saved it for Conn's as far as me being a return customer or not! Purchased a dishwasher from Conn's along with the installation service. The installation team missed two confirmed appointments with no contact stating they were not coming. After the second missed appointment; I decided to cancel the order and pay their outrageous 15% restocking fee when they dropped the ball. Hoping they'll pick up their dishwasher soon as it's sitting in my foyer taking up space. Worst experience I have ever had dealing with a retailer. Very dishonest company. Run away from these thieves.

They have horrible customer service, keep you on hold for over 30 minutes only to come back with no resolution. I was scheduled for a delivery on July5th 2021 and no one showed, the driver called after 10pm to say he can’t make it, how unprofessional to call someone that late being that I’m up for work at 5am i will be canceling my order and I will NEVER do business with this sorry company again! You’ve been warned.

We went into the store in april to purchase a tv, as we were browsing we noticed that they had started doing in home flooring so we scheduled an appointment to have someone come out and give us an estimate.
