Recently purchased some DJ equipment. I had it delivered. It broke and it took me 3 weeks to get someone to contact me from the warranty dept. Took another two days to tell me that I have to take the entire 300lb system to the store to get fixed. One problem, I had it delivered and I'm 100% disabled. I'm refusing to pay until they fix my system!

We have purchased furniture and appliances through Conns several times in the past with no issue. This time was stressful and unorganized from the beginning!! Worst experience of my life store #258 went in to store to look at options only sectional they had that would work for my space was a floor model I signed a contract on the floor model on 7-26-2021 delivery set up for Wed the 28th received a call from Stephen on Tuesday 7-27-2021 said they could not sell me the floor model that I already signed a contract on said I had to purchase a new model said he could apply only a 10 percent discount versus the original 20 percent that I had I on original contract I said ok that fine wa... read more

Robert is beyond Amazing! We've made several purchases with over the past 6 years! Washer, dryer, double oven, 4 TVs, and today a laptop and printer! I originally ordered online but needed it ASAP! He took a basic inquiry over the phone, asked the correct questions got the laptop sale, then I added a printer! Online they were out of stock! He made it happen! Thank you for helping me get back to business in a pinch when my Pc crashed!

Once you get approved you have someone call you right away. Once you purchase they not able to explain regarding the appliance. I been waiting for two week for stuff that I missing from my dryer. You call the manager is never aware dent know the product that they sell. Lowes had same watcher and dryer for $849.00 in the advertisement said they will match they didn't they lie. I don't recommend this store to no one to go thru what I been thru never in my life I been so frustrated with buy washer and dryer

I bought furniture a couch and loveseat. I also bought a glass table incased in wood. I called the store the next day and told them I wanted to replace it, because food was falling between the glass of the table, we literally had to buy a glass lifter to lift the heavy glass and clean the food that had fallen between the cracks. I will never buy from them again.
