I just reviewed Conn's in Ft. Worth's Helen Street but focused on the amazing customer service. Additionally, the prices were so much better than the other appliance stores we checked. We have two more appliances to purchase before long and waste no time going anywhere else but Conn's.

Horrible service received defective fridge after four attempts to fix company refuses to replace because of product being out of warranty. Yet product is defective. Do not buy solution to problem is to buy another fridge. DO NOT BUY from this company they sell defective products with the sole purpose you buy from them again.

I bought a freezer from Conns about a year ago and I paid for extended warranty. So In august the freezer stopped freezing. I called the warranty company to come out to fix the problem, the service technician comes out and states that the freezer is not fixable(danby chest freezer) ($600). He tells me to contact the warranty company in a few days and they will give me a replacement. Then the warranty company tells me to go into the store to get a replacement. Conns delivered a bedroom suite to us on August 2, 2021. The delivery persony took off without assembling the furniture. After contacting the store they sent people out on August 3rd to assemble the furniture. The dresser had arrived damaged. The delivery/assembly/service person left the damaged dresser and assured us it would be replaced. It's August 18th today. Almost every day we have contacted Conns about the replacement. I think that this company are deceiving don't rent there. They sell you warranties and then they don't honor them. This is not a place I recommend.

The service on repair of our 2400 btu that is less than 2 months old when it broke down. On 08/02 the 1st repair request was scheduled and when teck arrived he had to order parts. Now 08/13 after 3 more service calls and still not repaired. Been told no refund only exchange in store, but none n stock. The worst service department I have ever been involved with. The left hand has no knowledge of what the right hand does . I would recommend that no one would ever but anything with Conn's.

They gave a product that didn't work and did not explain how the warranty actually work. Then kept giving me the run around and then charged me a "RESTOCK FEE",because I didn't want the Frig and no longer wanted to do business with them. Money wasted on both ends(food and paying a restock fee).
