HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I went to Conn's to purchase a stove with cash. That was the first mistake..Conn's apparently is not use to dealing with customers who would like to pay cash. Initially the salesman asked me for my ssn numerous times after I had already explained to him that I would be paying cash. He claims he wanted to look me up and see if I had ever purchased with them before.... which doesn't make a difference in this case... I purchased a bed on 6/04/21 and my son how is only 11 years old sat on the bed on 08/04 and the rail broke. I submitted a service request as well as spoke to multiple people giving me a run around after submitting my claim twice due to the first one being closed. On September 21, 2021i received an email that stated they can’t service the bed. Now I’m stuck paying to a broken product.

Their furniture does not last and the warranty sucks.Bought a sofa set last year April 2020 and found out the warranty only last a year and now I have a broken sofa that I have repair out of my pocket.All this money they want for this cheap furniture is ridiculous.

On 8-14-2021 I placed a in-store purchased. By Wednesday I had not heard from anyone and decided to call the delivery department. I was advised doing this call my item was out of stock and I was to call the store of purchase. I called the store and was told a manager would call me back within the hour. The worst experience of my life!!!!! I bought a chair not even a month ago, it's already broke!!!! I contacted the store, filled out a request form to be fixed, the can't be here for 2 weeks!!!! I am a handicapped person and how my chair is broken I can not get out of my chair without help now, I called and spoke to EVERY manager at the store for 5 days.
