The Delivery service sucks, I have a dishwasher and hood sitting in the middle of my kitchen that will not be installed until next Wednesday.

I purchased a sofa about one month ago. About 15 days after delivery, the arm started to detach from the sofa. I immediately contacted Conn’s warranty department since obviously this was a manufacturer defect. Arms are not to fall of a sofa after 15 days. Conn’s denied the claim stating it was fine when it was unpacked. They refuse to honor a manufacturer warranty. store : 60 S Abilene St, Aurora, CO 80012 Lying about product country of origin I purchased a TV stand with a fire place. In store , on the back of the TV stand, the country of origin is Vietnam. After opening the box, it appears that the fireplace is made in China , and in addition there is a label "made in the US". The product, made of 2 items, is labeled to have been made in 3 different locations , which is technically impossible. All of the staff was friendly, professional, and extremely helpful. Hughes was the best sales rep to work with. He was very patient with me and stuck by me with every change of mind I had. He never got frustrated or acted like I was wasting his time. I will definitely ask for him when I make future purchases.
