Conn’s is just what name state. I had a delivery on 9/24/21, they delivered a damaged Chester that they will not exchange, and the also damaged my wall. The management team suck and I will never shop there again nor will I recommend anyone to them. Very poor service

Customer service was good and the delivery was fine. Delivery guys are very knowledgeable and careful. I will go to Conn's again for my appliance needs.

The staff and specialist is showroom excellent, and did an outstanding job. Delivery and installation, along with removal of old appliances was courteous, very efficient, and clean. We're right on time, friendly, and did excellent job on installation. Overall quality and customer service experience outstanding.

Conn's has been terrible to deal with. We bought a couch and a love seat last December and the electronics on both have already stopped working. The couch went out within a few months of buying it and after many phone calls and visits they finally replaced it. Now the love seat went out in and we are having a terrible time getting it fixed. A technician came out Sep 8th and said the parts will be in within 2 weeks and he'll be back to fix it. Now, it has been almost a month and I can't get any answers on the repair.
