If I could give zero stars I would. Be sure you read all the complaints before buying from them. They do not care about their customers. I purchased furniture from them. I was told 24 months same as cash in-store. Signed my paperwork, 12 months later they told me it was not 24 months but 12. They told me 2 weeks after the cut-off. So not only was I deceived in-store but they didn't inform me the 12 months was up so they could get that interest. Worse company I've ever dealt with !! Had a bed delivered, never even took it out of the box, it wasn't what it was supposed to be, after calling them for 4 days, I finally talk to a supervisor, I was told for 4 days, that Con's has a No return policy on furniture, but in the delivery email I have it states that there may be a restocking fee for RETURNED or EXCHANGED Items, but I was told there's a No return policy, kind of a contradiction if you ask me, all I can say is their name says it all !! This Company is a UP-SALE/SCAM. I purchased a Refrigerator ONLINE Aug 23, The "PROMISED" delivery date was Aug 26th, On Aug.25th they sent me an EMAIL stating my delivery date had been changed (by conn's) to SEPTEMBER 29th (more then a MONTH later) My number ONE priority was the DELIVERY DATE which is WHY I purchased from Conn's)..I contacted them via phone and explained to them I NEEDED a frig as mine went out.. I want to give more stars but men's restrooms are dirty, they tried to over charge on a down payment. The last employee I spoke with was trying to get me to apply for Conns credit after I waited 2 hrs. to be helped. The only person who made my visit worth it was the one who handed me what I purchase.

Actually I would give 0 stars. It's been over a month and a half and I am still sitting on a broke love seat. I have several emails with all my issues and pictures to Conns. You would think being a new customer they would take care of this mess I've been emailing them. It's been nothing but banging my head on a brick wall!!
I received an email from Conns letting me know about a authorization for an electronic debit from my checking account payable to Conns on Aug 26,2021 for $286.14. I never gave Conns authorization to take out any money out of my account. I always pay my account online, I paid off this account back in April 1272. From April to August I'm getting this notice to inform me they will take this money out of account. !. Why would conns still have my checking account still on file when I never authorize Conns to save my information. ... read more
The atmosphere was pleasant the representative in the store was great to deal with he was not pushy and trying to make me by the most expensive item I told him what I was looking for and price range and that was that he didn't try to make me get more in and out no time. Will definitely go back in future.
