Very happy with Conn's service, what I really like is how they take pictures after all appliances are set up. This means they care how their drivers delivered their products.

5/27/2021 we purchased a new $3000 Samsung Fridge from Conn's in Augusta GA. The Ice Maker has never worked. We played by their rules and had a technician come out 4 times to get it replaced. During this time we found out that Conn's knew that those Refrigerators were not up to par with the ice maker but they sold it to us anyway. We have had to make all of the calls to try to get this matter taken care of no one from Conn's has even emailed or called us to see how they can make it right.
