Over the last month and a half I had to fight tooth and nail with this completely disorganized and non centralized company to get my sectional. First they waited 2 weeks before calling to say that my original sofa was not going to be in stock until the end of August. So I changed to a different sectional. Everything was locked in and I even had to cut my vacation short so I could get it as soon as possible. Bait and Switch! Don’t shop here unless you want to be cheated. We bought a range on sale, picked it up at the warehouse and drove it to Mexico. Our workers got it in the condo and unwrapped it to find it was a cheaper model. We called the store and told them of the problem. The GM said that we got the right model because someone had put the wrong price on it and it wasn’t really on sale. We have a photo of the one we looked at in the store with the price printed on it and the model, showing it was on sale.

Run! Don’t buy anything from them! I’ve been paying for over 3 years and they took over 600 dollars from my account but can’t make it make sense as to why. They will not refund my money and there’s nothing I can do about it but tell others it isn’t worth it! I’d rather go to Rent A Center than deal with their interest rates and bad customer service.
I purchased a washer and dryer set from Conn's HomePlus and they use a outsider call ****** ********* to deliver. The first time they came out they bought the wrong order. And then the second time they bought the washer and dryer and it didn't work what so ever making loud noise. It took me a month for them to come and replace the washer and dryer set. Bought a dishwasher and paid delivery and installation. Delivery ok. They were supposed to install on Monday July 12 . No one showed. Called, They answered they would install on Friday 16th. Nothing. Called again said Monday 19th. No one knows and we are still waiting. They haven’t called a single time. Now they said go to the store, because we can’t help you. This is Conn’s at 75025.

I placed a order June 15th for washer, dishwasher and fridge. Everything was scheduled for delivery July 9th. I received email, text and call the day before to confirm. The day of delivery I get a call that they don’t have my fridge. I had already gotten rid of my other appliances assuming my delivery would arrive. I was told they would open my application for 24 hours since it had been 30 days and I had to choose another fridge which I did for delivery the following Friday.
